LOTRA

Lotra Discord application

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms govern only the Lotra Discord application, including its Discord login, role-verification, command, order-review, and signal-delivery features. They do not govern any separate storefront, payment service, brokerage, or unrelated community.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By authorizing, installing, accessing, or using the Lotra Discord application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service may:

  • authenticate a user through Discord OAuth;
  • check membership in an authorized Discord server and verify the Premium role;
  • accept administrator commands that create time-limited stock signals;
  • display order previews and administrator approval controls in Discord;
  • deliver active signals to authorized Lotra desktop sessions; and
  • record limited delivery and completion status to prevent duplicate execution.

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Access to a Discord role does not guarantee continuous availability of the Service or any particular feature.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must meet Discord’s minimum-age requirement for your country and be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for securing your Discord account and every device on which you run Lotra. You may not share access or impersonate another user. Notify the Lotra team promptly through the official Discord community if you believe your access has been compromised.

4. Trading signals and financial risk

Lotra is a software and signal-delivery tool. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, exchange, or financial institution. Signals, quotes, previews, messages, and other content are not individualized financial, legal, or tax advice and do not promise any result.

Securities trading can result in partial or complete loss. Prices may change between review and submission, orders may be delayed or rejected, and broker rounding or promotional treatment may differ. You remain responsible for deciding whether an order is appropriate and for reviewing the result at each broker.

5. Order authorization

You may connect only brokerage accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to control. Enabling remote signal reception authorizes the Lotra desktop application to prepare eligible orders according to your local settings. An administrator’s Discord submission does not override local safety limits, broker requirements, account restrictions, market conditions, or an expired signal deadline.

You are responsible for monitoring submitted orders, open orders, fills, rejected orders, account balances, taxes, regulatory obligations, and brokerage communications.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use or attempt to use the Service to:

  • violate any law, regulation, Discord rule, or third-party agreement;
  • access another person’s Discord or brokerage account without authorization;
  • manipulate markets, coordinate deceptive trading, or distribute unlawful content;
  • bypass role checks, deadlines, order limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code into the Service;
  • replay, forge, automate, or alter bot interactions outside supported interfaces; or
  • sell, sublicense, or redistribute access unless Lotra has given written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on independent platforms including Discord, Cloudflare, and the brokerage services a user chooses to access locally. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, availability, and eligibility rules. Lotra does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, API or website changes, account restrictions, pricing, order handling, or data practices.

8. Suspension and termination

Lotra may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or Discord requirements, address misuse, respond to security risk, or discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time, revoke the Discord authorization, leave the relevant server, or remove the application from your server.

9. Availability and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, execution, profitability, or compatibility with any broker. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lotra and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, corrupted data, account restrictions, or service interruption arising from or related to the Service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

Lotra may update these Terms when the Service, law, or platform requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced in the official Discord community. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the official Lotra Discord community.
